Trying to figure out this music

I’m hearing impaired, and need the internet’s assistance on a matter most perplexing.

I have here a game music file, which somehow ended up in my possession many years back (I think 8, 9 years ago, maybe even longer)… and I have absolutely no idea what game (or perhaps it’s not a game) it’s from.

It’s certainly catchy, but it’s been bugging me for the longest time. Would anyone be able to help?
