It was announced recently that Kingdom Hearts 2 will have a world based on the movie Tron. Now, if Square-Enix get it to look as loyale to the film as Monolith did, that`d be great. Although it is very encouraging when they have, in my opinion captured the mood of every Disney world in the original.

Also, as a sidenote for all you FFVII fans. According to IMDB Vincent Valentine will be in Kingdom Hearts 2. Although, this could turn out not to be the case.

I’m not sure if I am going to like Tron as a world. The game Tron 2.0 was ace, no doubt about it. The game was alot more mature then Kingdom Hearts is, the problem is that if you compare it with all the other worlds we have allready seen, it seems way too high tech to be a succesfull combination.
I just don’t see Sora in a blue-ish Tron suit working out well.

Tron is a movie made in the 80`s in which a computer programmer is sucked into a super computer to do battle with an evil overlord. Also, it`s fucking great.

I’ve never seen that film but have heard alot about it and think it sounds cool. I’ve a feeling it’s lying around my house somewhere, i’ll have to look around.
I can’t wait to see all the changes in KH2 and look forward to seeing that world.

That would be a shame.
Still I reckon SE will do a great job of matching the detail/personality of the world to the film. It looks as if they are already doing well, from certain screenshots of " Pirates of The Carribean"although I won’t ramble on about that here =)
