To get Occult Fan II…

I honestly had no idea about that. I got III before II and was like WTF? How do I get the second one then!?

Which one is that? I got them all without knowing that. Is it the one in Dollet?

Yeah.. you have to search the magazines in the special card room of the pub manager several times to find it. If it won’t work go out en in again and search the books again till you receive it..

Its tricky. You can get it when you first arrive with the garden at Fishermans Horizon. You must go to where the old fisher master is. Before you walk to the lift that takes you down to FH search for a ladder (down the ladder on the third screen when you come from the garden). Here talk to the old man. You can answer with 2 options.
