To be or not

Just had this "urge":

To be dead and still alive
Is something I understand
Like knowing very well
The palm of my hand

To be here and disappeared
To be there and unaware
I’m nowhere to be found
But I’m safe and sound

Whatever happened to me
I know is all my fault
Whatever happened is lost
In the middle of doubt

"In the middle of something" is what we are.
Sometimes I don’t know that I’m walking backward or forward or nowhere.
Hey, any theory cannot use to describe our broken mind accurately.
