The Zanarkand Cloister of Trials

Will someone please help me with this. It looks a lot like tetris and I don’t get it. Also, how bad is Yunalesca?

The screen in the rooms shows you what shapes you have to light up. Steping on the lights on the floor lights up shapes. You can see an outine of a shape around the lights so you know what ones to press or you can go to the screen and hit X and it will light up all the ones you have to turn on. Once you get the first room right you can move into the next room which is much bigger. The first room has 6 pedestals in it. Puching them into the wall activates a new puzzle in the big room. 4 of them you can push in the last 2 require spheres which you get from the big room for them to work. Its not too diffucult but it does take a bit of time. Have fun.

When you come back to Zanarkand for the Destruction Sphere treasure, you have to step on ONLY the white blocks.

Yunalesca was a hard boss my first run-through of the game. A tip is save all your *aeons* overdrives for the last form. As for your char’ overdrives, knock yourself out with them on the 2nd form, as they won’t be much use against the third form.

You’ll have to go to Zanarkand again a second time to get the destruction sphere, you won’t find it the first time. But you should probably get it, because… *SPOILER*

You need to get all six destruction spheres to get ANIMA.

She is one badass boss, and she can be difficult to read.

Basically u just need to equip against status ailment like zombie, confuse, darkness and silence. (I think thats it)
