To access the game files was a fairly easy task since the .mpk container format they used is compatible with Watto`s Game extractor.
All track names stay intact, and original bitrate is kept as it is, I didn’t transcode anything.
The genre is techno rock / ambient, and is pretty badass in my opinion.
Thanks to JBTND for directing me to this soundtrack.

As you see history truly tends to repeat itself and evidence of this statement is right here and now! Credit goes to MiL for actual ripping and to me for tips on the process, further sorting of tracks and obviously uploading them. I really hope that this post complies to high standards of all MiL uploads!

All that file transfer chore should properly work now via RS storing mediums at least as I`ve just moved all the parts to a newly created and now public folder. I`ve only checked all the mirrors for main pack (the 1st part) though. This means that there may still be more working mirrors other than RS ones for the latter 2 packs but I was too lazy to try them all out.

As for MC3 files – are you getting them from this game`s MPK bigfile? MiL told me that audio files in this version should originally be with WAV extension (actually their format is XWAV but anyway). If you got tracks in MC3 having unpacked MPK for let`s say PS2 ver. then you might be out of luck unless you`re an outstanding ripper. I put at least one PS2 and one Xbox game on a very long hold because of that. MC3 might be just another container file type inside MPK archives or even some random extensions for audio files which are actually in standard codec for the respectable platform. But what`s much more unpleasant about them is that MC3 can truly be some headerless or even proprietary audio format that is compatible with multiple different platforms. Even HCS was quite unsure about what was actually hidden inside an MC3 sample from that PS2 game and just looking at it he immediately agreed to the fact that it`s not even [PS2] ADPCM.
