The Tantalus Gang

Did the Tantalus gang ever re-build the Theatre Ship? I don’t remember hearing anything about the Theatre Ship after they crashed in the Evil Forest. Do you recall any information about the Theatre Ship post-Evil Forest?

Also, what do you think about the whole gang? I thought they brought a lot of funny moments to the game. I also liked Ruby a lot. xD

The main gang was: Baku (leader), Zidane, Blank, Marcus, Ruby and Cinna, right? Or am I forgetting someone.

They rebuilt it, because at the end you can see them all gathering together in there (for the show).

Marcus has become one of my favorite characters, and I love it when you get to control him for a short period of time.

You’re forgetting Benero (I think that’s his name) and his two brothers. Cinna was my favourite even though he did crap damage. The ATE where he gets punished by Baku for lounging around eating Bundt cake always makes me laugh.

Tantalus seems to be a pretty big gang, but weren’t there some kids who said that they were in the gang as well? You know when Zidane decides to retun to the hideout to see if there is anybody there.

There was also the music players. Not sure if that’s who vivi fire meant, never learnt their names.

cinna is one of my all time favourite ff characters, and my favourite member of tantalus, followed by marcus. cinna’s so good cos hes hella lazy and just wants to eat bundt cake and drink coffee and stuff. what an enjoyable guy, id want to hang with him if he was real. final fantasy 9 had some great sub/non-playable characters

Crime and Punishment! I love that one too. It’s totally optional and easy to miss, but yeah, absolutely hilarious.

I agree with ROKI. Baku was hilarious, particularly with the way he kept getting Doctor Tot’s name wrong. And also his little comments on the various Key Items.

The three brothers were Benero Genero and Zenero?

After Alexandria is attacked you can find them in the weapon shop where you can wager on which is Genero I think it is. They are identical and switchh around so it’s like the ball in one of the three cups game.

The band was quite cool as well. (I’m sure they re-used some of band characters ideas in FFX-2.
