Which character had the stupidest laugh?

Yuffie and Scarllet because Scarllet was so damn annoying and Yuffie, what kind of laugh is "Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk"?

Bugenhagen’s laugh was funny! His laugh was the only one I really like because it sounded like a happy old jolly man!

Heidegger’s, because he’d do it at the stupidest times! When something wasn’t even funny, he’d do that stupid laugh! Like at Costa Del Sol, after the cargo ship. I liked Yuffie’s laugh, I thought it was funny.
