My rip of the music from The Simpsons: Hit & Run game.

First of all, just know that for reasons that have nothing to do with me, some of the files (I didn’t check all of them, but it happened to some of those that I did) often may end abruptly (meaning no clean endings).

The files ripped from the game originally had the .RSD extension, so I changed it to MP3 for all of them.

Here’s the link: https://mega.co.nz/#!u55mxTyS!joUa9iUYGciTtPtxKbW13dm1XwQkR6UA838qHOL vlsk

Enjoy!!!

Anyone else getting corrupted sounding files where nothing plays or there’s odd electronic scratching? I was really psyched to see this as I’ve been looking for it for a long time as well (and there sure do look like a LOT of songs), but… not really sure what to do with this almost gig of unintelligible noise.

If it helps any, I opened the .zip with two different Mac thingamabobs that works like WINRar and they both unloaded the same content.

EDIT 1: So, for fun, I tried putting them into a web app (http://mp3cut.net/) that edits mp3s (I needed it earlier today to add fade outs to some songs I found that didn’t have them) and they turn out the way they should be when they’re extracted. I don’t know what tomfoolery this is, but it’s clear that it might be a problem on my end. The web app doesn’t work with all the songs, and I don’t plan to use it on all 200-300+ songs you gifted the Internet with, so… any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

EDIT 2: I needed to convert them to .mp3. While they say they were, I had multiple sources tell me that it was full of errors, so I used a trusted application I’ve been using for years and did it myself. They’re working like new and couldn’t be happier. Sorry to bug you all about this developing issue as the news breaks.

Anyway, thanks for posting all the files in one location (even if a little work still needed to be done)!

YO! I was literally just thinking about how I don’t have this full soundtrack, and of course it happens to be on the front page of this board. Thank you!

The files all appear to be 0:00 long for me, and play no sound. I see you got them working at some point, but I’m not feeling up to the task, so I’m just going to delete them. Before I do, though, I just want to say that I appreciate the upload, Bewo.
