Seeing tonight, and I’m pretty psyched. Anyone seen "The Road", and if so, what do you think about the movie?

Holy crap, this is the first time I’ve seen him in a movie besides LotR! Dammit I need to catch up on my movies 🙁

I didn’t get to see the movie on the first night (some idiot had pressed the wrong button, so the screen was shown in a completely wrong format, and he DIDN’T know to switch it – go figure).

But I finally got to see it, and it was quite possibly the most despressing movie I have ever seen. I don’t mean that in a bad way, though. The entire atmosphere was so depressingly gloomy, and not once could you feel a slight of hope ahead. That being said, it’ll probably bomb at the box office, as many of its kind have. Movies like this don’t get the recognition they deserve, until years after. Another "Shawshank" and "Cast Away" in the making.

Go see it.
