Pure score for the entire trilogy (without licensed music), source are bootleg CDs, but spectral analysis shows they are lossless, quite possiblly leaked from the studios, or something…

and download torrent is Скачать torrent.

Simple enough.

Also, there is a second version of Mona Lisa Overdrive which Juno Reactor included on their album ‘Labyrinth’ (it’s shorter and it has vocals). They also included Navras, but that one is completely the same as on the Matrix 3 score. Here you go (FLAC):
