Thanks for this, I downloaded the HOTD soundtrack from someone else but non of the files were named. Not got round to trying to figure them out yet so this has saved me the time, cheers 🙂

The arcade version of The House Of The Dead’s soundtrack is damned hard to come by (and one previous rip of it that circulated a while back was poorly emulated and one of the instruments wasn’t playing correctly as a result), so seriously, thanks for fixing that problem by providing a pretty solid rip of the Arcade OST.

The only problem with it is that you’ve got the wrong composer listed; Eriko Sakurai only did the music for The House Of The Dead 3. The first game’s music was composed entirely by Tetsuya Kawauchi

I was pretty lazy with this one, I just used the information from a Saturn rip I had. Thanks for the info though, I’ll be sure to correct it when I inevitably reupload these.

That’s alright; even if you hadn’t done that, sometimes composer information can be extremely difficult to come by, so I’m not holding it against you. Kawauchi’s credit in HOTD isn’t one of the hard ones admittedly but eh, you weren’t to know, and if I was in your shoes I’d probably have thought the Saturn rip had the right credits as well, so it’s all good.
