The hardest American WEAPON

Emerald or Ruby? I’d say Emerald because I mean every time I came close but BAM it uses it’s atk that does 9999 damage to all characters. Ugh

I agree, Emerald is the hardest! But, there is a trick that I used to beat it! This also works for Ruby:

Kill two characters. Keep your best character alive, Cloud works best.

Equip this character with:
Weapon that does Triple/Double (equip this weapon with materia you want to build up)
Knights of Round+MP Absorb
Mime+Counter
Mime+HP Absorb
HP & MP Plus
Underwater

that should keep you set!

Cool. Except……I just ain’t able to breed a gold chocobo to get Knights Of The Round…..

I did not beat Emerald yet. But I have a good strategy. Make sure everyone has 9999 HP. Give each one two good materia(Someone needs three or four, put it on your second strongest char.) and keep they’re HP at max with healing everytime he attack. Give someone Demi and Quadra Magic, someone else with KOTR and MP Turbo, and someone else with Phoenix and Final Attack and an Enemy Skill with White Wind or Angel Whisper. Whenever he does a move, heal the victim. Finally, when he uses Aire Tam Storm, two people will suffer 2222 damage for having on two materia, and the other will lose 3333. The ones that lost 2222 will now have Lucky 7’s. After Lucky 7’s is over, cast KOTR. Then use Demi and Quad.Magic. It will do 9999 damage four times. Then use limits and contine using Demi and try to get Lucky 7’s again. Keep everyone healed. Then when the Phoenix character dies with the others, you will be revived to max (everyone). Then just bash him with anything til he dies.
