Personally the Seattle Sound has been one of my ultimate favorite genres of music. Thanks to my favorite band Alice In Chains, grunge in music has become one of my favorite genres.

My favorite grunge bands are Alice In Chains, Mad Season, Nirvana, and Soundgarden. Pearl Jam didn’t used to be one of my favorite bands, but I’m starting appreciate them more and they’re starting to grow on me ;). I’d also like to hear Mudhoney or Mother Love Bone (haven’t heard any of their songs, but I’d love to).

Anyone else a grunge fan or just appreciates it? What are some of your favorite grunge bands?

Mad Season’s really good, maybe even a bit underrated, since it isn’t ordinary grunge music. Also, Soul Asylum’s a favorite, many people forget they got more than their song "Runaway Train". 😮

Also isn’t it because only Mad Season released only one album (Above)? I also have that one ^^. It took me a long time to find, but I got lucky when I found it in a Barns n’ Nobles.

Nirvana 😀 Sound Garden if that counts as grunge (the video was way trippy for its time) Stone Temple Pilots, I always liked the lead singer ;D

Yeah, I guess that could add to their unnoticedness or underratedness. It is a bloody good album, best thing grunge has brought forth, easily!
