Warner Brothers started screening ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ to critics and journalists and so far its looking like this movie will live up to the fans’ expectations, perhaps even more than ‘The Avengers’ did. Reviews are embargoed until Wed, July 18th but the folks who saw the film posted their impressions which you’ll find at this link: The first Dark Knight Rises press screening results in a standing ovation and spoiler filled social media posts – Movie News | JoBlo.com (http://www.joblo.com/movie-news/the-first-dark-knight-rises-screening-results-in-a-standing-ovation-and-spoiler-filled-social-media-posts).
However, be warned, the latter tweets go into spoiler territory so be careful if you don’t want your fun spoiled. (I’ve my ticket for Friday, July 20th.)
Once ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ opens what film are we going to obsess over next: ‘The Hobbit’, ‘Star Trek 2’?
