I’d say the Atma weapon from FF6, it was just so cool to see the weapon grow as your characters got stronger.

Cloud’s Ultima Weapon sword. A sword so cool it changes colour depending on your health. A sword so cool that even if he were to lay the point on the ground it would still be as tall as him. The only possible way the sword could be greater is if it would talk to Cloud and tell him stuff.
Plus, you receive the weapon after what seems like endless chasing of a foe that you are led to believe at first is invincible… Always good stuff.
