Tales of VS.

The game’s going to be coming out soon, and even though it’s mimicking Smash Bros, it still looks awesome. And in all the gameplay videos I’ve seen, one thing is in common: the music is truly worthy of the Tales title.

That said, when this game comes out, can someone please try to rip the game’s clearly sweet soundtrack? It’d be a real treat for us Tales fans.

I’d also like to put in a motion for Tales of VS. ~the First Strike~ Animation OST. xD I know it’s release date (for the OST) isn’t yet announced… but might as well get ahead of the game.

Plus a rip for the music of Tales of Gracia for the Wii System would be great too.

I was talking about the First Strike animation…that’s Vesperia. Believe me lol, I’m well in tune with what’s going on with the Tales series.

Tales of VS. has quite a lot of music in it, most if not all is taken from other tales of games. I recognize a lot of the tracks, especially the battle tracks.

Have Tales of VS. ripped now. I didn’t name the tracks because i haven’t the patience to root through all the Tales of soundtracks to tag them all. I couldn’t actually play the game either, so i couldn’t record the opening music, but i added the full version of the opening music which is a song called Be your wings by Girls Next Door.

I’ll set it uploading tonight as it’s a pretty big upload with 4 hrs 15 mins of music and just over 400mb.

I’m guessing there’s some new music or arranged tracks because it’s getting a soundtrack release, but i can say that i recognize some of the music, but don’t know the games series well enough to be able to say whether there are new or arranged tracks included.

I’ll see what I can do. It might take a while though considering the sheer volume of songs it must contain.

I got a message that tracks 122 and 41 were corrupt. Anyone else have a problem with these tracks?

Didn’t expect to get away without a few corrupted tracks, seems mediafire does this quite often. Added the tracks under the main link.

Thanks! I recognize the majority of the tracks, but naming all of them is a pretty big project. I think I have all of the Tales soundtracks, so if there are any that the naming committee is having difficulty locating, I’d be willing to help. I also don’t have a PSP, so ordering these properly is out of the question for me.

I don’t know why, but mediafire isn’t loading and keeps giving me an error when I try to download. But only for this… I’ve never had problems with mediafire before.

So far I’ve tagged 88 of 155 songs. There seem to be several songs unique to this game so there’s no way I can tag those. It’s also possible that I simply couldn’t recognize some others. I’m going to give it one more sweep before I upload the tagged songs for anyone that doesn’t want to go through the trouble.

Hey it’s November 11 already in East Asia Dateline.

Uh-huh… but you have to release anyone who actually brought this inside the states won’t be receiving it from anywhere between 3 days to as much as a 3 months (depending who they brought it through). [the 3 month thing happens rarely mind you, and I only so far have heard of it happening once personally… normally the latest I’ve seen is 1 month].

Unless you live in Japan and are going to stop by your local music/anime store and buy a copy for us and upload it sooner ;p
