The music in Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll is very dynamic, because the game itself has short stages that the player maneuvers around using the Wii Balance Board. Each time the player enters a new stage, a different piece of an ongoing song begins to play and loops until either time runs out or the player reaches the goal. As repetitive as this may seem, the in-game pieces are brief but catchy like in previous SMB games. Especially notable are the vocal tracks, which got an album release (http://vgmdb.net/album/21889) (except for "Happy Ride", the main theme).
