no. there are no events in malls or cons dedicated solely to naruto. pokemon had crazy events nationwide and still do somtimes. i went to one of them where they were giving out Mew for free. technically the only "honest" way Nintendo intended for mew to be obtainable in the first place i believe.

naruto isn’t anywhere NEAR 1/8 of the popularity of Pokemon.
