It is from Cutting Edge Film Scores Music licensing site. It is probably not lossless since it is in alphabetical order, and most likely would have been tagged in film order w/ or w/o slates. Have you checked the spectogram of the files?

Well, the first track seems to be not lossless, the others are lossless. It’s the real deal I think. So thank you for this, ostgems.

Furthermore, even if this would be lossy, it could still be legit. Best example is Prisoners: here the FLAC files are lossy aswell.
