Suikoden II: Ultimate Parties for the Final Battle

I-A. Comprised of: Hero, Bolgan, Bob, Sierra, Killey, and Sheena

Bolgan – needed to execute the unite: servant attack.

Bob – needed to execute the unite: servant attack.

Sierra – needed to execute the unite: servant attack.

Killey and Sheena – have the most powerful attacks when coupled with assist runes because they have 3 rune slots. Other swordsmen like Georg and Pesmerga cannot do this.

I-B. Strength Requirements

All characters must be Lv. 60 and above and have all their weapons at Lv. 16. Get strongest armor available and embed Rage or Thunder runes to all of their weapons.

I-C. Runes

Hero – Fury, Double-Beat and Bright Shield (get 108 stars to use full power).

Killey and Sheena – Fury, Double-Beat, and Double-Strike.

Sierra – Fury, Double-Strike.

Bolgan – Fire Breath.

Bob – Violence (only one in the game), Rabid Fang.

I-D. Battle Strategy (average of 4-5 turns to end battle)

Turn 1.) Bolgan – attack left leg. (300 dmg)
Sheena – attack left leg. (2,000 dmg)
Killey – attack left leg. (2,000 dmg)
Bob – use Rabid Fang to transform.
Hero – cast Forgiver Sign on left leg. (1,000 dmg)
Sierra – attack left leg. (900 dmg)

Turn 2.) Bolgan, Bob, Sierra – cast Servant Attack on left leg. (6,000 dmg)
Hero – attack rune. (1,000 dmg)
Sheena – attack rune. (2,000 dmg)
Killey – attack rune. (2,000 dmg)

Turn 3.) Bolgan, Bob, Sierra – cast Servant Attack on left head. (12,000 dmg)

Hero – cast Battle Oath to heal party 300HP.
Sheena – attack right head. (2,000 dmg)
Killey – attack right head. (2,000 dmg)

Turn 4.) Bolgan, Bob, Sierra – cast Servant Attack on right head. (12,000 dmg)

Hero – cast Battle Oath to heal party 300HP.

Note: destroy the left leg first to prevent it from casting the status altering spell.

II. Rune Squadron

II-A. Comprised of: Hero, Flik, Mazus, Luc, Rina, and Sierra

Flik – needed for his ability to hold two runes and have 2 Level 4 Rune Slots.

Mazus – needed for his ability to hold three runes and have 2 Level 4 Rune Slots.

Luc – needed for his ability to hold three runes and have 3 Level 4 Rune Slots.

Rina – needed for her ability to hold three runes and have 2 Level 4 Rune Slots.

Sierra – needed for her ability to hold two runes and have 2 Level 4 Rune Slots.

II-B. Strength Requirements

All characters must be Lv. 60 and above and have all their weapons at Lv. 16. Get strongest armor available.

II-C. Runes

Hero – Alert, Mother Earth and Bright Shield (get 108 stars to use full power).

Flik – Rage and Thunder.

Mazus – Blue Gate, Rage and Thunder.

Luc – Darkness, Cyclone and Flowing.

Rina – Cyclone, Rage and Mother Earth.

Sierra – Rage and Mother Earth.

II-D. Battle Strategy (average of 3-4 turns to end battle)

Turn 1.) Hero – cast Earthquake. (800 dmg all enemies)
Flik – cast Blazing Camp. (2,000 dmg all enemies)
Mazus – cast Blazing Camp. (2,000 dmg all enemies)
Luc – cast Final Bell on row of heads. (800 dmg)
Rina – cast Scorched Earth. (1,300 dmg all enemies)
Sierra – cast Scorched Earth. (1,300 dmg all enemies)

Turn 2.) Hero – cast Earthquake. (800 dmg all enemies)
Flik – cast Thor Shot on left head. (1,000 dmg)
Mazus – cast Thor Shot on left head. (1,000 dmg)
Luc – cast Water Dragon.

(1,200 dmg all enemies + heal all HP and status ailments)

Rina – cast Earthquake. (800 dmg all enemies)
Sierra – cast Earthquake. (800 dmg all enemies)

Turn 3.) Hero – cast Earthquake. (800 dmg all enemies)
Flik – cast Thor Shot on left head. (1,000 dmg)
Mazus – cast Thor Shot on left head. (1,000 dmg)
Luc – cast Final Bell on row of heads. (800 dmg)
Rina – cast Earthquake. (800 dmg all enemies)
Sierra – cast Earthquake. (800 dmg all enemies)

Turn 4.) Hero – with the Alert Rune active, cast Forgiver Sign on right head.

Note: destroy the left leg first to prevent it from casting the status altering spell.

The Final Bell and Water Dragon spells do extra damage when used by Luc because of his affinity to the Darkness, Wind and Water runes.
