stuck n the game

I was wonderin if ne1 would help me, I am stuck in the area where you try to get to Junion or Junon harbor or wutever and when i go in it makes the cancel sound and stays in a black screen…am i supposed 2 have a special party or something?? *help would be appriciated*

I have had that happen to me many times and it was because my disc was scratched to hell.

but can i ever get by this part?? thats my only question cuz i no aeries dies and stuff but i wanna beat this cuz ive only beaten 1 other FF game (9) and i got 7-10 now

OK Try this, if it is in fact because your disc is scratched to hell try this. When it does the thing and doesn’t work, open the lid or disc tray depending on which console and quickly put in a different disc. If you didn’t know FFVII’s storyline was written on every disc.

Try talking to everyone in your party… I think there’s a cut scene involving Barret spying on someone in Shinra…

Eventually a klaxon will sound and everyone in the crew will have been, uh, seen off in some fashion… The guard will be out of the way then. Just be prepared for battle.

ok thanx……but now im stuk n the freakin jail thingy…where do i go 2 get 2 the boss guy… i mean im lookin it all up on websites everywhere and it says "run 2 the upper right corner and just go" and i dunno how far 2 go and all that….plz help me 🙂
