Has anyone here played any of the strider games? I have played all of them accept the PSX game, and I’m wondering if it’s any good. I enjoy the old strider games, despite the simplicity and difficulty of them.

I know of an arcade that has the First Strider game… I can beat the whole game without losing a life. A fun game to play when I’m tired of DDR.

They also have Strider 2 which is better in graphics and gameplay…. but not as hard. You have a set amount of lives (default is 5 usually) and thats about it………. BUT the bosses and the enemies are so easy to kill that you don’t really feel the same challenge as you did in Strider 1.

The Sega Strider "Strider Returns" or something… I just don’t like, it’s slow, the gameplay isn’t that great and it’s nothing like the old strider at all.

The Nintendo Strider…. I haven’t played it in a long time…. not that great but it told a sort of story of Strider Hiryu and the Striders.

If you buy Strider 2 for the PSX (I think only the USA version does this…) you also get Strider 1 as a bonus for buying Strider 2. Nice if you are a Strider fan. There is also Strider Hien in Strider 2, you can play as his Rival Strider Hien if you unlock him.
