Strength stat problem

I have a problem. Whenever I level up Cloud his strength never goes up in stats. I was on level 80 or so and his strength was 136 and now he is on level 88 and it is the same. Do you know why???

And another question. My friend said that once you get to level 99 every stat goes up by 10. Is this true?

I had a lot of lv 99 chars, but I don’t know if each stat goes up by 10, haven’t payed attention to that.

And don’t worry about the Str stat, it’s natural. Your stats don’t really increase that much at higher levels, so don’t worry, eevrything is alright. Just get his Ultima weapon and some Power Sources and he will kick ass ^_^

Yeah thanks for replying, I didnt think anybody would. But I actually got help from another forum first so I am way past that. 🙂 So a mod can close this if they want….
