Try the Super Street Fighter II Original Soundtrack if you’re just looking for the older versions.

Just use the search engine on this forum (there’s probably a couple download links for various Street Fighter soundtracks) or search through Galbadia Hotel (use Google to find it).

It shouldn’t be too hard to locate from there.
