Music that Stavros Xarhakos composed for the 1963 movie, "Red Lanterns" (Kokkina fanaria) with a cast of brilliant Greek actors. The CD contains 9 beautiful instrumentals and 4 songs with Grigoris Bithikotsis and the talented actress Tzeni Karezi, who sings with her characteristic voice "Not even a thank you", a touching song, at track no 7. The songs of this album, became very popular and remain unforgettable till today. Enjoy some really great music.
