State of Emergency (Rockstar games) Theme Song Request

Anyone have this song? Ever since I played the game, I’ve been in love with the theme song (which is wierd, because I typically don’t like rap).

It’s called "State of Emergency Theme" and it’s by the Smash Machines

I haven’t been able to find anything, and I’ve been searching for years. I’ve even e-mailed Smash Mechanics themselves with no avail.
