I know this is an old thread, but I feel exactly the same way… I’ve been looking for one for a looooooong time. :\

I think the problem was that the soundtrack for SFA was difficult to rip. I remember reading that Star Fox Adventures, Super Mario Sunshine and Luigi’s Mansion all had streamed music (instead of sequenced), and no one was able to rip the sound files properly. It looks like that was sorted out in the last few years though, since SMS and LM both have good soundtrack rips now. I’d do it myself if I knew how…
