Didn’t work for me. The zip file opens with an error, only displays one MP3 file, and that can’t be decompressed.

Thanks OP! I gave up on trying to find this a few months ago.

Alas, I tried a few different programs, and still had problems. However, I ultimately tried renaming the file, and then it opened. I suppose the applications I have don’t like Japanese characters.

Does anyone know a good utility that plays nice with foreign languages? I use XP x64. WinRAR and 7-Zip are having trouble, and decompress the MP3s as a bunch of funky ASCII characters. I do have Asian languages installed, to note.

I’ve seen that a few times. It has something to do with what compression is used or something like that, it’s not totally clear to me.
I just open the files up in iTunes, then copy down all the original Japanese info, replacing the jumbled gibberish.

EDIT: I just downloaded the file and tried to open it with the Windows Compressed Folder Extraction Wizard, and it said there were no files to display. I know this can’t be right, since it’s over 72 MB in size.

EDIT 2: It worked with 7-Zip. It gave me 4 RAR files which I was able to extract files from.
What an oddball setup…
