One of my favorite manga is Kenshin. Now, I’m looking for something what is similar to it. From the story, the action etc.

Who can help me there? Who knows some good stuff?

If you’re looking for a manga, Blade of the Immortal is similar. Sort of. I believe it’s more action-oriented then Kenshin, but I haven’t actually read RK, so I don’t know. Anyways, I like it a lot and thoroughly recommend it. I’d provide a descrption, but you can always just throw it into Google/Amazon, eh? ;(

It’s pretty damn unique, especially for the story part, seeing as it is quite a historically accurate anime compared to most others…

Samurai Deeper Kyo is one of the closest things I can think of to Kenshin. It’s pretty good, although I’ve heard the manga is a lot better. Just as a warning though, a lot of the fighting scenes tend to get repetitive. 🙁

If you’d like something historical and don’t mind missing out on the action, I really enjoyed Grave of Fireflies. It’s probably the saddest anime I’ve ever seen.
