On October 27 1966, we were graced with It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. Standing the test of time, it is still beloved by many today. An iconic scene was Snoopy fight the Red Baron on top of his doghouse. That very scene has inspired two video games, Snoopy Vs. The Red Baron and Snoopy: Flying Ace. Both are faithful adaptations of the Peanuts gang and boast engaging soundtracks.

The first of two games based on Snoopy’s guise as the WWI flying ace. Tommy Tallarico made amazing music for this game – blood-pumping orchestral action and calm, Guaraldi-inspired jazz is the name of the game. Interestingly, while ripping the music, I have found unused tracks on the disc. I am not entirely sure what they are for. Listen for yourself.
