wtf are you talking about? i never bitched about tapoktro’s making money with his link… it was that he makes it from taking the shares from the contributors here and on top he never gives any credit. that’s a whole different thing. like i said it before: i don’t give a shit if he makes money from his OWN shares. but his shares on this forum are probably 50% taken from ffshrine contributors, including myself.

It had nothing to do with the fact that he uploads to a crappy filehost for the sole purpose of making a quick few bucks for himself? Because that’s why everyone else can’t stand tapoktro!

I guess you learned a lot from tapoktro if you’re now using your links as a means of making money off of other people’s work. I can hardly believe you have the audacity to do exactly what tapoktro does – a user you actively harass – and then claim that you’re not just like him because at least you’re decent enough not to grab other people’s links.

A leecher is someone who never posts anything, except to ask for a PM. No thanks, no comments, no contributions, no nothing. Ponyo has 800 posts and counting. He comments on threads and gives his thoughts on scores and such. He was a HUGE help to me for my Wallace and Gromit thread. And oh look! Ponyo does own a few things!

i can’t speak for others, but that’s the reason why i can’t stand him. if he would give credit to the ones he took from, then why should i complain? his post would be treated by me as a mirror and probably by others as well.

if you have a problem with tapo’s choice of a file host: get premium or wait as a free user or don’t download it all and hope someone else will upload it on mega.
nowadays we’re spoiled by mega’s free high download speed, including myself 😉
not so long ago megaupload, rapidshare or depostfiles, all premium services, were used here. did anyone complain? no. you either waited or you got premium.
