simple question, but i don’t want to encounter any spoilers

A friend of mine had this problem, i can’t remember clearly, but maybe some of you can, i have only advanced a little bit further in this game from this point, so please no spoilers…:

"After travelling through the Kalm lands, i went up mountain Gagazeth, But because the beasties were a little though i went back to the calm lands capture some creatures, do some chocobo games etc. But now i can’t find the chocobo trainer anymore, (or anyone else who can give me a chocobo)."

Does anyone know???

Well, you should be able to get one just south of the Save sphere at the oasis in the center of the Calm Lands. You won’t see it until you get really close because of the camera. Just go straight down from the sphere and there is a girl there on a chocobo. Not sure if she is trainer or not, but I think she will let you ride one at that point in the game.

If you can’t find him there, the trainer will be far to the left side. When you are standing in the centre of the calm lands, just go to the left and straith (north-west). This is the area with the harder monsters, and you won’t be able to see him, until you are almost there.

I didn’t see him when I first played the game. I found him the second time, and I was wondering what he was doing there. So I found out, you can do the games there. And at this time there was no other trainer close to the save point like usually.

So, just go to the corner and check it out. I hope you know what I am talking about, and hope you will find him. 😉
