Signatures

I may show my ignorance, but I was wondering on how to create a signature. Since I’m new to the websight I have found a lot of cool signatures and was wondering how to do it… Please let me know how, if it isn’t too complicated could anyone tell me how?

I hate being ignorant, but doesn’t everyone, and why is ignorance considered bliss?
