I no it’s unusual…… The only thing I can think of is that it is on Gippal’s sphere which you get from the Detective Rin invetigation by making Rin the culprit

I think Gippal’s Sphere is supposed to add Auron, but I think you can also get him simply by beating the game, so I’m not sure about that. Others that are easy to miss:
Seymour – You get him by viewing Baralai’s Sphere, which I believe is in the house in Guadosalam, the one you can only get into if you save the Guado.
Maester Kinoc – If you didn’t find him in the Via Infinito.
Trema – If you never beat him.
Do you have all those? What position is the one that’s missing?

Before your going to kill vegnagun he should be there. You need to know him each time your playing the game again. If he’s not there through the whole game i don’t know what you’ll have to do.
