It’s just the CD that came with every copy of the game, nothing special about it.

Can’t wait for the full soundtrack cause so far it’s DAMN GOOD. Much better than Meguro’s SMT3 and closer to the older games while still sounding fresh. The new guy did a great job.

Not true at all, Meguro’s Nocturne OST is far better than the SMT4 OST, but both are pretty good, at the end of the day.

Opinions. *shrug* I think SMT4 is much better. It has an old school 80s cyberpunk vibe which more closely matches the SMT series. The melodies are memorable and bring out the atmosphere of the game. I actually think Nocturne is Meguro’s most boring soundtrack, not that its necessarily bad, its just forgettable. On the other hand I’ve been consistently surprised by SMT4. The music (and game as a whole) is really a throwback to the series’ roots.

Strange there hasn’t been an official soundtrack release for this game yet…it has really good music.
