Rpg Villians!

What happened to the rest of the RPG’s of the world? If I had to pick someone I would say Necrosaro from DW4…but no NES RPG’s are on the list, and only a few SNES ones are on there…

Rather selective in the games you put on there…

****SPOILERS BE IN THIS POST, POSSIBLY… SOMEPLACE.****

Well, summarising my brief history of RPGs (and it is brief.)

Zeon from Shining Force 2 was a demon, so was evil by default.

Kefka, Sephiroth, Kuja, Ultimecia from FF series so far… I don’t think any of them need explaining too much, with Sephiroth being my personal favourite of any of them.

The evil God like entity from Alundra (his name, I have forgotten.) He wasn’t really as evil as I thought he would be when we fought each other in the final battle. Aswell as the green bloke in Alundra 2 (I really must pay more attention to names.)

Suikoden had Windy the magician, and Suikoden 2 had Luca Blight as their main evil entities. While both opposing, they weren’t in the class of Sephiroth.

Wild ARMS had the combination of Mother and Ziegfried as the evil characters. Also not in the class of Sephiroth, ultimately.

Gaia from Grandia (did I mention SPOILERS??? No, oops.) Was really just an ideal of evil. It didn’t have too much influence on the game until towards the end.

Breath of Fire III had a major evil person called Myria (if I recall correctly.) She didn’t really make herself known until the end of the game. Breath of Fire IV’s evil character was called Fou-Lu, but I didn’t really think him as evil. It seemed as if the world was rejecting him, and he hadn’t really done anything wrong.

Ultimately, in the opinion of these games alone (the ones that I’ve played, basically.) I think that Sephiroth is the top evil guy. I appreciate that there are RPGs I haven’t played to completion (Final Fantasy VI, namely.) And there are some that I can’t play (Dragon Quest, namely.) So it shall be Sephiroth until otherwise proven to me.

Actually, I like Krelian. He actually had a really developed personality, and he did the whole "used to be good but turned bad because of some catastrophic event in his life" thing going on.

Kefka-The psycho

Sephiroth-The badass

and

Magus- the coolest bad guy that ever turned good.

well duh it would have ta be sephiroth.

I voted FF6 Kefka cuz he’s psycho but i wanted to vote for Baldurs Gate 2 Jon Irenicus, there somthing about him that makes u symphathize for him cuz of his story what happend to him. Anyone who has played BG2 will understand what I mean.
