Rockman X5 Beta Tracks

Hi! Recently I downloaded a file containing beta music from the Rockman X5 prototype. I can name most of the tracks, except for these two. Aside from the fact that they have vocals and have not been released in official soundtracks and compilations (as far as I know), I don’t have much to go on. Does anyone out there know the titles for these tracks, where do they come from, and, if possible, who performs the music and sings the vocals? Please let me know if you have any leads. EDIT: Never mind: they’re vocal tracks from Rockman X4. Just got done writing in their titles and artists.
