Rinoa is Ultimecia?

Okay maybe this will frustrate some of you or something but forgive me. I was really caught on by this theory and have it flowing in my brain for like what up to now, 1 hour half.

Basically in Youtube, many videos published entitled "Rinoa is Ultimecia" kinda got me surprised. I watched the videos, I also watch the ending video repeatedly…I have no idea whether to its true but…

I felt its right for me to disagree that Rinoa is Ultimecia. Yet again, I was wondering if there is a possibility Rinoa may be Ultimecia? A few sites talking about all this and having a strong arguement about this stated their points…
1 has something to do with looks.
2 has something to do with the flashback and time compression.
3 has something to do with the sorceress theories (about how they live, how they control their powers and whatnot)
4 has something to do with Squall’s ring and Ultimecia’s GF, Griever.

So just want your opinion if is okay….
