Tunatic couldn’t ID the song, although that might be because of the sound effects in the background. This song is awesome though, I hope someone can figure out what it is.

It’s a song called "itami" (痛み) by crayon-sha (クレョン社). It’s the first track off their album orange-iro no chikyuugi (オレンジ色の地球儀) released in 1988. It was also used as the ending song of the OVA series Angel Cop. I haven’t the slightest idea where you’d be able to find it though.

I could not find the whole album or even the whole version of the song, but I was able to get the version used in the Angel Cop ending. The only difference between the full and the ending is the length (I believe that they cut out some of the middle). If I am ever able to find the full version or even the whole album, I will be more than happy to share. So, without further adieu, here is the ending to Angel Cop:
