With a different composer and the same ‘Super’ you never get to hear what Doyle or other composer’s that were replaced could have came up with, why they didn’t stick with Doyle, I do not know. The sessions to the first film was really nice in my opinion. This one. we’ll have to see, that’s just my input on Super-hero movies, I feel as if they should try to stick with the same composer, because they already know the character / movie pretty well, but oh well, we’ll see. What would you think if they replaced Howard Shore from The Hobbit series?!

I REALLY liked what Doyle did for Thor and was looking forward to him doing the sequel. That being said, I also REALLY like a lot of Brian Tyler’s work. So I can live with it. And now, as long as he’s been introduced into the marvel universe, I hope that he goes on to do Avengers 2. While Silvestri’s Avengers score was exciting and worked in the film, upon further listening I found it very repetitive and I think Tyler would be an upgrade.
So yeah, hope this get’s shared soon!

I do hope Tyler does avengers 2. The samples are good. Brings back memories of Doyle’s theme
