Aren’t these just the mock-ups? I don’t know about this, I’m fairly unfamiliar with demos…I’m assuming this isn’t the final film mix.

Anybody with more knowledge care to explain a little bit more?

Its basically electronic mock-ups of the final score, before recording with a live orchestra – just as the listing says. Some sound so good people think its real music (Predators 2CD is demos too but people pass it off as the real score).

Ahh okay. Sure would be an interesting listen if it ever becomes available then, especially since the amount of the music represented in the official score release is about as pitiful as it gets these days. Hopefully 45 minutes of score and and 20+ minutes of remixes isn’t the norm for Remote Control these days, especially since Zimmer’s got some monsters coming up (Sherlock Holmes 2, The Dark Knight Rises…)

Just a heads up guys. I was over on jwfan, it seems like on of the members has the Demo score. Or at least according to his lastfm.

Someone on Zimmer’s forum says this leaked. Or at least they said "demos are leak now", so that could mean anything…

They didn’t leak. That track list is supposed to promote someone to leak the score. Promote isn’t the right word…persuade, perhaps?

Because a very intelligent friend of mine tested the two tracks the guy sent me and said they’re on the OST. I trust him, he knows what he’s doing. The guy wanted a $25 iTunes giftcard for it. That seem weird to you?

Well, that is weird because I’ve been talking with someone else who got in contact with some shady guy asking for a $25 iTunes gift card, and this someone was sent a cue that was not on the OST or released by Magic Box Music….

BTW, what’d he have to test? All you have to do is listen to what you got and then check if it sounds like the OST. Did the guy give you a track list? If this is sensitive subject matter, we can take this to PM.

Well, yes and no. I’m thankful for your post as there is much more music than previously available, but the complete demonstration score is still floating out there.
