Why, when I attempt to access the main page, am I redirected to a forum called ******* ***? I can post because my web history remembers the threads I’ve been to, and it only seems to affect the forum’s index page.

Well, he didn’t do a very good job. If you hack a page, make sure to close the back doors.
Also, both words are censored, so it appears they’re not a forum friendly to FFShrine.
EDIT@ Leon: I already had done a cookie/cache clearing. It was fine earlier (about 30 minutes ago).
