Are there any video game or anime soundtracks out there that have an R&B type of tone to them? I just looking to expand my video game/anime music collection with something I don’t have. Thanks.

The Sims: Bustin Out is probably as close to R&B as it gets for video game music.
Look for the Hip Hop station or some of the menu songs on GH.
Also GTA:San Andreas has a 90s R&B station, but that music wasn’t made specifically for video games so it may not count.
