Rar converting software

I have been using WinRAR to download my files from the internet and then put them on my commputer. But Does anybody know of a program that is free or know of another simple program.

(I still use winRAR, but this is another one)

Winrar is already free and simple to use, you don’t actually need to pay to use it’s main function.

When you download a file press save to instead of open with winrar, it’s much easier to extract afterwards that way.
