BTW, this game seems to have made by some developers from M.U.S.H.A Aleste. (some enemy pattern are the same, the arts are in the same spirit, …)

Maybe, but most of the shooting game staff from Compile went to Raizing.

Not only that, but when my favorite SHMUP company, NMK went out of business in 1999, some of them went to either work at Raizing or Cave.
