Random 502 Bad Gateway

Randomly, every so often when I post something or try to a view page, I get this error. I was also getting some other 500-type error a lot last night.

It just happened to me a few seconds ago when I hit the first page button in the "what’s new" list. Haven’t encountered it before.

edit – I’m getting that a lot more now 🙁

I’ve also started getting a fatal error when trying to get on this particular board… actually it’s popping up everywhere now. I’ve become extremely limited to what I can get to, and I got lucky that I could get to this thread 🙁 I had to backtrack in my history to get to it 🙁

Earlier this evening, I kept getting this whenever I tried to view anything other than my settings:

ive gotten a couple random 502 errors, with just ‘bad gateway’ on the page. when i hit refresh, it works fine usually the first time.

The forum went offline for me for a while, all I can see was a blank page with this message:

I got Fatal errors on 99% of the pages I tried to load. I could see my settings and the New Posts results, but that was pretty much it.

I just got this.

fix it, or there will be severe consequences.

Puzzling, to say the least. I just got this problem as well.

it generally happens when the server is suffering from an increased load. happening once in a while shouldn’t be that alarming, but if it lasts for more than a few minutes let me know on irc or over aim if possible– i really need to catch it as its happening to be able to do much about it, hearing about it after the fact doesn’t help so much

I’ve got it over a dozen times in the past day. Sorry, Sarah, I don’t use irc or aim so I can’t say when.

When refreshing the page doesn’t work I just click on my FFS bookmark and it always brings me back, still signed in.

For most of the day today when I tried to get on, I received either Connection Has Been Reset or no response. I was only just now able to get in.

Lately I’ve been getting blank white pages or connection time outs. And somehow today my user panel came up looking like this…

And somehow the tic tacs have disappeared everywhere and are showing like this…
