Woww!
They beat the 1:18 record….
XD

Wonderfully done…!
<< What did they use to record it? Was it FRAPS?
Or did they use a media-center thing that linked their computer to the TV screen?

Now you’re asking 😛 I quite honestly have no idea what they used to record it.

Hallowed is the YouTube.

1:18, he can be beaten in 0:09 with the Death Penalty trick.

Ohhh
You mean the damage-spill thing? (Where your damage can go over the cap)

I don’t know everything about the Death Penalty trick–how exactly do you do it?

That was cool. Reminded me of how much I like the FFVII music.

How were they able to use Ungarmax several times in a row????

Also, as I remember it, no matter how quick your characters are, Emerald WEAPON always gets one hit of Aire Tam Storm on your characters, as an automatic counter. That’s the main reason it took me forever to be able to beat him.

Doesn’t make sense to me.

Thats true, Air tam storm is a counter attack that he does at around 1/2 hp i think. But if you realised that guy somehow used ungermax lots and lots of times in one move, so air tam storm would have to wait until he finished.

I have no idea how he did that…

Gee…How did they do this?

I think he had 5x counter <-> mimes, hp plus and mp plus. He had limit already up before going in.

I found out about the Death Penalty glitch! These are the details:
(Thank you to SteveO 528 at GFAQS!)

With Vincent’s Strength, Luck, and Level near their maximums, with 65,535 kills and Berserk, he should be able to deal enough damage to cause an overflow. I don’t remember the exact amount, but it can happen in two different instances. One of them is around 250,000 damage, and the other is somewhere over 400,000. When the damage overflows, it ends up dealing negative damage. Not healing…NEGATIVE damage. Naturally, this isn’t supposed to happen, and the system reads the enemy’s HP as less than 0, which means that they should no longer be on the field. Bam. Dead.

So you need 65535 kills with Vincent first….Oo….
