Quick bolts on Thunder Plains

I dont know if this has a thread or not but when on the Thunder Plains and I was trying to get Lulu’s power up item the Venus Sigil I stumbled across like a little trick or something like that right ok when on the Thunder Plains on the screen below the travel agency well at the bottom of that slope over to the right there is like a little mound not the craters but the small mound below them well if you run around on top of it twice a lighting bolt will strike it and then as soon as you go to step on the mound again another will strike this speeded me up when i was getting to 200 cause its like you get two strikes every 7 seconds only problem is you cant save it so you have to stick it out for 200 hope this helps someone and has any1 else noticed this??

But you can save it, in the northern part, but then you cant use that trick in the southern part and save it in the northern part so… Im confused. Thanks anyways, this would really speed up the time.

Yeah if you move out of the screen it will cancel out your bolts maybe thats the way the game wanted it to be that you could get the bolts fast and not save or get them slow and save dam square sneaky bastids

You can’t save. I tried that. I had like 150 sutin dodges and I kept on saving it like every 20 times. And I got struck by lighting and loaded my data. And for some reason they didn’t count the 150 and I had to start over again.

Did you save in the outside save sphere, if you use the one in the building it will reset your count.

Best stragety (that worked for me that is), turn of the volume on your TV, it will only work distracting. Go dodgde 50 bolts, pause the game and take a 5 minute break. Repeat this proces to 200 (I’ve gotten up to 300 bolts easily like this). And it’s yours.

the 200 lightning bolts were easy once i got into it, if there was something hard it would be calibrating the towers in X-2 what a nightmare. 😡

I also found quick lighting bolts but these were on north of the agency exit near a lightning tower, there are 3 craters there i think and a quactuar stone behind them.

all this is very helpful.but, i heard that you can’t save or leave the screen in between lightining bolts. hmm….well, i’ll have to try it again.

The area right after the Travel Center usually works for me.
