Hello there,

I want to ask you FFIX Exalibur II veterans for your opinion on this:

Is it possible to get Excalibur II with perfect stats (meaning mostly lvl1 game + getting necessary items for optimal stat growth + some leveling towards the end of disc 3 for forced exp battles) in PAL (50Hz) on PS Vita (No FMV skipping)?

Now last year I did my own Excalibur II run on emulator and I am actually not sure if I played PAL or NTSC version since I downloaded the iso off the net since my own PAL copy is broken and without doing anything else optional (meaning I just leveled up and picked up stuff I thought was important) and without skipping FMVs I got the Excalibur II in 11:15 though I am sure I would be able to do it at the least 30-45 minutes faster.

So what do you think? Is it plausible?
